The package package requires your firm to guarantee a minimum annual volume for each of the next three (3) years. The greater the minimum annual volume you are guaranteeing, the lower the cost per file. Be sure to select a minimum annual volume you are confident you will exceed as any shortfall will be invoiced annually on the anniversary of your order.
Based on your selection, the Estate Planning & Vault Manager fee will be $60.00/File.

In addition to a one-time $450.00 installation fee, use of this product is subject to transaction fees. The fees for Estate Planning & Vault Manager are $60.00 per File unless otherwise displayed and agreed to when sending documents for electronic signature ("the "Transaction Fees").

I acknowledge and confirm that I have, and will maintain for so long as I use Estate Planning & Vault Manager, a current license to use content provided by BC CLE. I understand that I must provide a current copy of content I have received from BC CLE as well as my most recently paid invoice to Emergent prior to delivery of the CLE content, and I further acknowledge and confirm that I may, upon request, be asked to provide verification of said license upon installation and delivery of any updates to Estate Planning & Vault Manager.
