The package package requires your firm to guarantee a minimum annual volume for each of the next three (3) years. The greater the minimum annual volume you are guaranteeing, the lower the cost per file. Be sure to select a minimum annual volume you are confident you will exceed as any shortfall will be invoiced annually on the anniversary of your order.
Based on your selection, the Corporate Manager ET fee will be $60.00 per Active File/yr.

In addition to a one-time $450.00 installation fee, use of this product is subject to transaction fees. The fees for Corporate Manager ET are $60.00 /Active File/yr unless otherwise displayed and agreed to when sending documents for electronic signature ("the "Transaction Fees").
