I agree to the installation of the Emergent’s software and any updates. The function
and purpose of the Emergent’s legal software is to facilitate document automation for
corporate, wills, estate administration and estate accounting & tax transactions.
I acknowledge and confirm that I have, and will maintain for so long as I use Estate Planning &
Vault Manager, a current license to use content provided by BC CLE. I understand that I must provide a copy of
my most recently paid invoice to Emergent prior to delivery of the CLE content and I further acknowledge and
confirm that I may, upon request, be asked to provide verification of said license upon installation and
delivery of any updates to Estate Planning & Vault Manager.
