Emergent’s Estate Administration software makes it easy to administer contested or un-contested estates, guardianships or powers of attorney in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario or Nova Scotia. The software automatically files Notices to Creditors, automates many of the most important duties of the executor, and generates government forms and standard letters commonly required during the administration of an estate, all for one flat fee you can disburse to the file.

The package package requires your firm to guarantee a minimum annual volume for each of the next three (3) years. The greater the minimum annual volume you are guaranteeing, the lower the cost per file. Be sure to select a minimum annual volume you are confident you will exceed as any shortfall will be invoiced annually on the anniversary of your order.
Based on your selection, the Estate Administration fee will be $165.00/File.
