Purchase The Legal Kiosk™

The Legal Kiosk™ is the easiest, most intuitive and secure way to send and share minute book and transaction documents with your clients. Once you have created a matter in the Legal Kiosk™, you can add scans of signed documents, or you can send a document for electronic signature using DocuSign even without having your own DocuSign account. You are only charged a fee per matter per year, and that fee can be disbursed to your client as part of the work you do for them.

The Legal Kiosk™ includes the ability to share documents across many areas of law with each matter including the electronic signature and sharing capabilities noted above. You are only charged for what you use.

There are no limits to the number of documents you can share per matter, nor is there any limit to the number of users who have access to a matter, or to specific documents. All documents must be in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.

Licensee and System Information



Cost

The cost for the The Legal Kiosk™ is a one-time $450.00 setup fee plus $30.00 per File/yr (“Transaction Fees”) unless otherwise displayed and agreed to when sending documents for electronic signature.


 On behalf of the Licensee, I agree to the one-time Emergent setup fee as well as the ongoing Emergent Transaction Fees at the rate defined above.
